Blueberries and Cream Popsicles

Makes: 6 Popsicles 

Ingredients/Materials Needed:

  • 1 ¾ c fresh or frozen blueberries 
  • 1 13.5oz can of unsweetened coconut milk
  • 4-5 tbsp pure maple syrup 
  • Popsicle molds
  • Blender

Directions: 

  1. Begin by pouring the blueberries, coconut milk, and maple syrup into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into your popsicle molds, and place in the freezer for 5 hours, or overnight.
  4. Once the Popsicles are fully frozen, they are ready to serve!

  • 1 13.5oz can of unsweetened coconut milk
  • 4-5 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • Begin by pouring the blueberries, coconut milk, and maple syrup into a
    blender. (It’s fun to show your kids how the maple syrup sinks straight to the
    bottom, because it is more dense than the coconut milk)
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into your popsicle molds, and place in the freezer for 5 hours, or overnight.
  • Once the Popsicles are fully frozen, they are ready to serve!
