Begin by pouring the blueberries, coconut milk, and maple syrup into ablender. (It’s fun to show your kids how the maple syrup sinks straight to thebottom, because it is more dense than the coconut milk)
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into your popsicle molds, and place in the freezer for 5 hours, or overnight.
Once the Popsicles are fully frozen, they are ready to serve!
