When I was in high school you could not pay me to touch an avocado. Everything from the texture to the color and smell completely turned me off from it. Fast forward to my early twenties, out with friends and they order guacamole. To this day that was the best guacamole I’ve ever had. And I have loved avocados since then. While I now love them in any form, I can completely see how plain avocado is a turn off for some. I could literally eat avocado toast EVERY day and there are so many ways to make it fun!
