**Looking for the 2020 schedule? Check out this post!**
Freeform is absolutely one of my favorite channels once back to school starts. We usually get 31 Days of Halloween, Countdown to Christmas and then 25 Days of Christmas. But this year Freeform has decided to make the month of September a little more magical by presenting us with 30 Days of Disney. If you cannot guess from the name, all September long on Freeform they will be airing some of our favorite Disney classics. Freeform is the channel my boys first saw The Lion King on, and since Moana is no longer on Netflix they will be super excited to watch it when it airs in September.
Themed Weeks
Each week the movies shown will feature a theme. From sheroes, to pirates to Singalongs (I cannot wait to see Mulan!) all the bases are covered. And most exciting of all? At the end of the month on September 29th, we will get an inside look at Batuu! Neil Patrick Harris will be hosting Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge – Adventure Awaits. This 2 hour program will give an inside look at how they brought Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge to life in both Disneyland and Walt Disney World. We will get to hear from Walt Disney Imagineers and Cast Members will share their role in helping bring Batuu to life and there will be special appearances from celebrity guests. September 29th at 9pm you definitely want to make sure you are tuned in.
