Earlier this morning the cast of Fantatic Beasts 2 partnered with Twitter to release the third and final trailer for Fantastic Beasts 2 and I have to say…. I am SHOOK! If you happen to live under a rock or for some reason you just haven’t seen the trailer yet then take a look below.
When I say I watched this trailer about 10 times already today I am not exaggerating. I cannot wait for this movie to come out and SNATCH my edges. I am freakin’ excited. In case you missed the key moments in the trailer I’m about to put you on?
Did he just say Nagini?
Yes!!!! So much yes!!! Mid-trailer we hear Credence Barebone hiss ‘Nagini’ and we see Claudia Kim’s character bend backward into a snake. Anyone else SHOOK?! The trailer reveals (and J.K. Rowling confirms) that Nagini was in fact much more than just a horcrux for Voldemort. She was actually a Maledictus. I’m hype to learn more about Nagini’s origin because we all know how her story ends.
Not an Animagus. A Maledictus. Big difference. https://t.co/JwVVNnvVQU

The moment in the Mirror of Erised
This moment was actually shown briefly in the second trailer but we revisit it again when Newt asks Dumbledore why not him? Dumbledore replies that he cannot rise again Grindelwald and we come to a moment where Dumbledore is in front of the mirror (which shows your deepest desire) and we see young Grindelwald himself. Dumbledore’s longtime affection for Grindelwald is yet again, confirmed.
Did I already say that I CANNOT wait for this movie to come out?! I am literally counting down until the release. I can’t wait to see Johnny Depp more in his role as Grindelwald, and who isn’t here for young Dumbledore?? Don’t forget to join me tomorrow (and every Wednesday) at 8pm EST. as I #CountdowntoGrindelwald with Sanaa over on twitter. It’s the perfect opportunity to meet more fans, catch up on your HP knowledge and win some prizes! And I’m positive we’re gonna be talking more about the trailer!!
I hope you all have you #WandsReady for Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald in theaters everywhere November 16th 2018!
